Shipping and Returns
Olive us Girls LLC use USPS. You may choose from available rates and shipping options available to your address. Rates are discounted and apply to the weight of your purchase and the packaging. We do our best to keep postage cost low by using lightweight but sturdy packaging.
If you need to change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday and Holidays may take a bit longer.
All customs, duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control whether a package gets delayed and or charged duties and taxes by the customs office in any international country. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.
Olive us Girls LLC want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will happily return or exchange any unopened and unused items within 30 days. All returns must be in original condition and packaging and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Unless damaged or defective or due to copyright laws patterns and clearance items are considered a FINAL SALE. Refunds will be issued once the items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, JCB, Diners Club, and Shop Pay. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason and have the right to perform additional security checks on payment methods.
Promotional Codes can not be combined with other offers, discounts and or promotions. Only one promo code may be used per order. Each promotional code is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in the offer. Promotional codes are subject to product availability.
Sales tax will be applied to all Washington State orders based on the customers shipping address.
